Massive admiration for Olly, he learnt from his time at Leicester etc, identified and admitted his weaknesses as a manager, worked to improve them. It rubs off on the players, who play for him AND the orange shirt. Players like dj campbell, motivated to play for the club for the right reasons. Awesome.
