when you work under a manager you dont like

im an electrician,and over the years have worked on many jobs,when the team employed to do ajob are treated well and things are rosey,the production is up,and there is a positive feel on the job,but having worked under some right arseholes who have no man management skills the feeling is different,heads drop,production goes down and the general feeling is f@ck um,im not saying this is the cause of our bad run,but its not 1 or 2 players not doing well its the whole squad,with the odd exception.
