Fear Factor?

Can someone help me out explain why DJ is now blaming the Fear Factor for playing a part in recent results?
We have played 21 games, we are not even half way, it's not as if we are in the final stages of the season fighting for the title and feeling the pressure, it's not as if it's the Play-off final and it's shit or bust. It's a bloody away game against Boro a team who were in the bottom 3.
We are the 2nd placed team - why the hell should there be a Fear Factor?
Just because we are on a bad run, surely that doesn't mean we should be fearful and is it not the managers job to motivate the players and make them feel FEARLESS!
