Dave Jones misjudgements

Ive been a fan of Jones but am now losing patience. His ego is much too big.
What was wrong with the class football we were playing at the start of the season by keeping the ball on the ground.
1. He should have kept Ross McCormack.
2. He should have kept Gerrard.
3. He sticks with the donkey - Hudson.
4. He has wrecked Matthews confidence.
5. He has no respect from his players and they have lost faith in him.

1. He should have kept Ross McCormack. - Ross was overweight , looked disinterested and he has hardly been amazing since being at Leeds...
2. He should have kept Gerrard. - Yes he should have, and he has, he is still our player but he was overweight much the same as Ross, and now he will come back to us a better player.
3. He sticks with the donkey - Hudson. - Hudson is our best Centre back.
4. He has wrecked Matthews confidence. - The kid is what? 17-18? Its amazing that he is even in with a shout of being in the first team and that is down to Dave Jones and his staff!
5. He has no respect from his players and they have lost faith in him. - He has got the best out of Jay Bothroyd, Chopra, Koumas first time around, and the reason Chops & Koumas came back to us was DJ.
