Jay Bothroyd will snub the chance of a big-money move to Italy to try to help fire Cardiff into the Premier League.
AC Milan, Juventus and Inter have made enquiries about the England striker as he is a free agent at the end of the season and can sign a pre-contract in January.
Italian clubs have been on keen on Bothroyd since his two-year spell at Perugia. He met and married Italian actress Stella Pozzi but the pair have separated.
Bothroyd, 28, overcoming a hamstring problem, said: “I’m trying not to think about speculation and am focusing on doing my best for Cardiff. I’m hoping to be back for next weekend.”
Jay will never do it.The players in those clubs are twice as good as jay and he wont get picked

Why on earth would any Italian club go after Jay after his less than successful spell there last time? Talk about journos sitting around the newsroom, bored, trying to think up stories
