How much are the players paid? I was get abused left, right and centre for that money. In fact, I'll even look like Alan Tate for a season for that money! I think they can take it. If not, well, grow a pair. As said though, we are largely positive about players. There is some negativity but that's life. You play shit, you get criticised. Play well, you get credit.

They take the credit when it's going well so they have to take a bit of flak when it isn't. Especially when some of them earn more in a month than some of us do in a year. Get back to basics and back to winning and it'll all be forgotten about.

After the Preston game a lot of MB posters praised the team for the effort if not their quality on the day.

However, I will never change my mind that Jones is an absolute bottler/wanker and if doesn't like reading that, then he can f**k off and read another board.

Play well, put the effort in, get the tactics right and get the results and you won't get flak or criticism. Do the opposite and you will. Simple as that, really

Many of us have Said negative things about Naylor. Pre-Preston, the widely held view was that Keogh and Koumas should be sent back. Even Oli has gone from hero to zero.

DJ really is poor when dealing with local press and the supporters in my view I read his book so I understand that he is not a fan of the press as they nearly ruined his life however he is very well paid on wages that we can only dream of and wages that is helped from the money us supporters with season tickets etc.

So he should get over it and do his job and stop behaving like a child and show some of that passion he is using on us and the press on his players and getting them playing as well we all know they can do

Why should the players take notice of a bunch of Anonymous fans?
So gutless that apart from a few, many do not sign their names.
How do we now that some have not opened multiple accounts, answering their own posts.
It’s quite easy if you have more than one email address.


Having said all that I fear December will be as bad as November results wise.

DJ Not a fans manager never as been - he just can,t admit when hes wrong - the players and manager should come on to pitch clap fans before and end win draw or loose every game ........ everyone makes mistakes - we learn by mistakes

DJ does not do himself any favours - we fans have been ere for tens of years before him and after him
he has done a fantastic job with players over the years but needs to stand up and admit he has made some foolish moves

I just listened to his interview and it was full of the standard bullshit he spouts whenever we are having a poor run. He says we all need to get real with lots of reference to "People In This Part Of The World". Nothing is won by Christmas and people should get real and look at where we are, we DJ I would rather look at where we were and compare it to where we are now.

At the end of October this is where we were in comparison to other clubs

2pts ahead of QPR today we are 4pts behind and QPR have a game in hand +6pts to QPR.
6pts ahead of Swansea today we are 1pt ahead +5pts to Swansea.
8pts ahead of Coventry today we are 4pts ahead +4pts to Coventry
9pts ahead of Norwich today we are 4pts ahead +5pts to Norwich
11pts ahead of Derby today we are 7pts ahead +4pts to Derby
11pts ahead of Burnley today we are 8pts ahead +3pts to Burnley
12pts ahead of Leeds today we are 5pts ahead +7pts to Leeds

He will never accept this but if he had cared enough about beating Swansea we would be 7pts ahead of them this evening this is why games against clubs around you are considered 6pt games. The same applies to QPR but the thing is these are big games and we all know that these type of games are just to BIG for him and thats a huge problem.

The reality is we have had a poor run of results, the reality is for a club trying to get automatic promotion the run has gone on for to long. This has nothing to do with unreasonable expectation levels as automatic promotion is the target set by the club and well you DJ.

So why not just stop your whinging and moaning about "People In This Part Of The World" and get your finger out of that highly paid backside of yours and get the team back to winning.

Like any manager, Dave has some good points and some bad. His good points seem to be that he can sometimes take a player who is out sorts with another club, settle him down and get the most out of him. I also think that he has managed to assemble a good squad on a shoestring and got them playing well as a team. His bad points are that he does not take criticism well (even when constructive) and once he has devised his gameplan, he appears incapable of deviating from it even when everyone else can see its not working. I would therefore question his tactics as I cannot remember any games when he has made a tactical substitution or changed a formation that has significantly changed the outcome of a game. If we do get 5 more players in January and we still fail to qualify at the end of the year, Dave will have no excuses left as the Malaysians would have given all the resources that are needed to assemble the best squad in the division. Dave must realise that the fans are frustrated because we know that this year is our best shot at getting into the Premiership and if we fail, then we fear the Malaysians will pull out and some of our best players will go thus leaving us in the wilderness for some considerable time. Hopefully we can get back on track tomorrow If Dave gets the tactics right and we can start to play at a level that reflects the quality of our squad.
