My biggest fear for Cardiff City

Honestly is Dave Jones, or more, the amount of time he's been given.
From the opinions of fans around this forum and it would seem within the directors point of view aswell Jones will get till the end of the season to prove himself but that will be too late if we're not in the premiership, right now we have the strongest squad we've had in years (Minus a few problems in the back half), My worry is it'll never be this good again and if Jones goes and blows this we'll be back to step one with an average squad (Let's face it majority of the players based signing contracts on promotions and if they were thinking right they would have put a clause in there contract saying if they dont go up they are allowed to leave for such and such a fee) and with a new manager.
Now before anyone says it i'm not anti-Dave Jones, He's a good manager, not great but good but he's too rigid treating Cardiff as just another team and not really caring about what we as a club stand for, someone (Hopefully VT) needs to give him a kick in the ass and tell him to change because everytime he's got a microphone in front of him he never really has anything positive to say and he's constantly attacking other players managers teams the press and that unfortunately reflects on Cardiff City and not so much Dave Jones.
I do believe that if Dave Jones was too leave it should be before january so another manager could come in and sign HIS players and make HIS tweaks and not have to work out of the plan of another man.
I know i'm going to receive criticism from this, but as long as it's constructive i will do my best to give you a reply.

good post! he doesnt do himself any favours. if he just once said listen i fucked up, i takr the blame, hed go up in my estimations to......................oooh 1%
he has lost the dressing room, whether people like it or not.
hes had fall outs with, chops, bellamy, mccormack, quinn, matthews, quinn, gerrard, and naylor alll this season. im not saying they are all DJ's fault far from it, but that is an awful lot.
maybe carl will have more info later

got to give dj this season,, new manager , might come in and it could all go wrong, ithink the players could do with a kick up the ass aswell,,, if a new manager did come in, there be threads on here saying wrong choice of manager, bring back dj,,
