I'm not sure what you're saying when you say "I could see someone hearing about the feyenoord fans on saturday at ccs, and drawing conclusions". I'm pretty positive Feyenoord fans know nothing about this though. But, the way the press work, if the transfer does happen, the journalist/paper involved would say "We told you about this X months ago" and claim it as some sort of magnificent scoop or, if it doesn't happen, just consign the story to the history books
