I feel Dave jones and the players are under pressure

Is Dave Jones under pressure though? I think that he might not be, seeing as he's got probably the best squad in the division, hundreds of thousands tied up in the club but is still asking for more players. To me, he doesn't seem particularly bothered, buit maybe that's just the impression he gives off

thats one thing that everyone hates about jones he shows nothing about pressure, if shows he under pressure it will transmit to the players.
