O/T Broadband Speed Tonight

I am on virgin and my broadband speed is very slow tonight, is anyone experiencing the same ?

it's fine up here in Cwmbran.Turn your computer off.
Try unplugging the modem for 30 seconds then turn it back on.
if you use a router.turn that off as well.turn the router on first wait for all the lights to flash,then turn the router back on.
