Who's got the real Dave Jones?

Breaking news! Someone has kidnapped the real Dave Jones! 
Is this really Dave Jones in this interview? As there a hint of "passion, grit, determination, anger, emotion, fight and pride" coming from this bloke who is dressed and looks like Dave Jones. These are not characteristics we normally associate, with our manager!
What have they done with the real Dave Jones?

What I will say is it's about bloody time, this is what the fans want to see a bit more passion from the manager!

I had an email from the club the other day, titled 'DAVE JONES NEEDS YOUR HELP'.
Maybe this is connected. Have the Somali pirates taken Dave hostage?
