PLEA FOR HELP

Over the past few months you have probably seen heard me mention my wife entering various Talent Competitions as a singer.

She entered a National Competition "Open Mic UK" and progressed from the Regional Final, to the Area Final, and the winners of this are in the Grand Final at the O2 Arena in January.

The judging was based on a mix of Judges scores, and audience votes. Unfortunately, this put Elisa and all contestants from South Wales at a disadvantage because the Area Final consisted of 2 Regions (Wales & South Wales and London) and the Area Final was based in London. Therefore the Voting was biased towards the London Regional Final because they obviously had a lot more support and not 1 of the Wales & South West Regional Finalists progressed.

I have seen the power of the Message Board and the loyalty of Bluebirds to fellow Bluebirds, and I am making a plea as a lifelong Cardiff City fan. My wife Elisa is an absolute darling, she also is a keen Cardiff fan, and I am begging as many of you as possible to help make her dream come true. If we can get her through as a Wildcard that would make it the best Xmas present that she has ever had.

Each vote costs £1, and I know that I am asking a lot for people to spend a little of their money on someone that you do not know, but if you can please make the effort for fellow Bluebirds it would be appreciated so much.

The CCMB members have started voting for her, and maybe we can get a similar campaign going to the one we had for Chasetown.

I know that we can get her through to the Final with everyones support.
