Change your Facebook profile picture to a cartoon character from yourchildhood and invite your friends to do the same. Until Monday(December 6th), there should be no human faces on Facebook, but an invasion of memories. This is a campaign to stop violence against children

I don't believe in these silly little campaigns on Facebook. Like the status's supporting troops, cancer etc. Surely, actually donating money and time to these causes are more beneficial?

I donate to Help for Heroes, Macmillan nurses etc, don't see why I need to plaster it all over Facebook to prove I care

What pisses me off about this campaign is that it's meant to support the NSPCC. If you wanted to support them you'd donate money, not put a f*cking cartoon character as your display picture. Like that is going to stop child cruelty.

It's got you all talking about the NSPCC though hasn't it. Of course it won't stop a child being hit, but it's raised awareness!
