He's not the sharpest is he ?

Outside the gorund probably wasnt a problem there would be hardly any cars there, but down the Bay ??

Does he thing no-one would notice ?

Bit sad that the reporter thinks this is newsworthy though.

This is one of the things that really piss me off big time. Those bays are displaying "disabled" for a reason..they're for disabled people, wheelchair users etc. If a fit young professional sportsman can't be arsed to park a little further away in the non disabled bays and walk a few yards, then he's an arseole IMO.

Don't like Chopra as a person. He comes across as arrogant and can't be bothered with fans generally from what I've seen and when I saw him out an about last season and said Hello Michael, Hope you score on Saturday, he just looked at me without replying and continued onwards. He needs to take lessons from most of the others in the squad who are excellent ambassadors when it comes to public relations and dealing with supporters. Whitts, Hudson, Marshall, McNaughton, Burke and Rae have all taken the time to talk to my boys after matches and shown a genuine interest in what they said, as did Enckleman, Ledley, Capaldi and Kennedy last season .

see i have seen a different side to chops when i spoke to him in bridgend...
he came accross as a decent person but tbh i know its disabled for a reason but loads of other people do this and nothing gets done about it just because hes a footballer and earns 20k a week they are out to exploit him.....

We all know that he has a addiction problem (gambling),
at the core of addiction is self centredness, so people with addictive personalities do not have a concept of others, there are different degrees to the selfish behaviour, some more extreme than others.
Chops needs to go to the other treatment room, the one for twisted heads rather than twisted legs.

He shouldn't have done it but people do it all the time, just because he is a footballer they put it in the paper. Shocking.

At the training ground there is no need for any disabled parking bays to be fair. The only people that would park there are people going into the training ground building. I suppose you might get the odd disabled visitor so possibly just the one or maybe two spaces are required.

The only reason they have disabled parking bays is because it's a requirement by law to reserve a percentage of every car park for disabled, even though the building wouldn't have that many disabled there.
One example was at Ninian Park. The club had to reserve off so many parking spaces for disabled even though they far out numbered the available disabled spaces inside NP.
On the other hand then you'll no doubt find other buildings etc where there are no where near enough disabled parking spaces. A bit of common sence is needed to be fair.

Whilst on the subject though, why is it they always put the disabled parking at the front? The reason I ask is, the point of the parking space is simply to give wider room so that the person can get their wheelchairs etc out of their car. They tend to put the parking space at the front where it's prone to others parking in. If a disabled person is unable to move the distance from his car to the supermarket doors then how in the hell his he going to get around the shop?

I really don't see a problem here.

In my opinion parking in a disabled bay makes him lower than a snakes bollocks !

He is a fit young man and has abused a right set aside for disabled people !

I had a similar experience with James Hook when I was working at the Liberty Stadium, he drove in his silver Merc, talking on

his mobile and parked straight in a disabled bay !

I stood outside his car and gestured towards the disabled sign, so he moved !

On a personal note, I have campaigned for the past eight months to stop NURSES parking in the disabled bays at St Woolos

hospital, I, along with many other people have dialysis three times a week at the hospital, but some of us cannot park due to the

nurses and their inconsideration !

I think its apt, perhaps they should have all disabled parking spots for our so-called professionals.
