Bellermy shouting at DJ

Fri Dec 03, 2010 8:49 pm

Is this passion or disrespect?

As manager of the team there can only be one boss and whilst Bellermy is entitled to disagree with his opinion surely these things are better off sorted out in private away from the rest of the squad. Once 1 person starts to undermine the person in charge it spreads like wildfire and mutiny and losing the team is on its way.

I don't think this is in any way constructive. theres a danger the rest of the season will be dominated by infighting and a fall from grace. Much was made about DJ's relationship with CB, it doesn't seem that solid to me.

My opinion is that he should keep his gob to himself, not slag the boss in public and put that passion into his performance on the pitch. Hes only here for the year and even if we go up I can't see us affording him so he, as a Cardiff boy should put Cardiff and its longevity first and bite his tongue and do his job while he's here.

Jones is the manager and have slagged players off in public (the press) which is really bad man management, at least bellers done it in the privacy of the dressing room.

Fair point. I don't agree with that either.

A good manager should be able to turn a nasty situation around to the benefit of the club or team, especially when it involves your best player.

Spot on Baked :ayatollah:
I love the fact DJ and Bellamy had a rant at each other, people say DJ doesnt have passion yet he is willing to have a go at the captain and star player for not doing what he is told, brilliant.

So that gives him the right to have a go at the manager? even if I didnt like him it doesnt IMO.

sounds to me like a train off the tracks vs a plane plummeting 30,000 feet.... both heading for disaster if they dont get it sorted

Typical typical Dave Jones IMO.

Shouting matches with Bellamy, but Craig aint getting dropped is he.

Anthony Gerrard speaks out....and is now currently one of Hulls best players
this season, they describe him as 'A ROCK'

Which oddly enough sounds pretty much like how Boro fans describe Chris Riggott
.... 'A CROCK'!!!!!!!!!
