google search not much help,
any advice ?

Best advice I can give you is give them a wide berth. Basically any cash you invest will be poured down a blackhole and never seen again.

However, if you really want to buy some then you would need to buy them off an existing shareholder as I believe the club isn't selling any new shares ATM.
