Peter Ridsdale, Plymouth Argyle

Wed Dec 01, 2010 11:47 am

Good Morning Cardiff City fans, I hope you are all well and in the seasons spirit's of goodwill.

I have been reading your forum with interest especially the topics of our mutual friend Mr Peter Ridsdale and his attempted jostle to become a Director at Plymouth Argyle Football Club.

I do have some information that you may enjoy. As you are probably aware the current board of your Club are in a position where as they can't inform Plymouth of any details regards Peter's time at Cardiff City due to confidence clauses in he severance contract.

Although Plymouth Supporters have alerted their board to this forum and have now had a broader perspective of the whole situation and previous events.

Today they have asked Mr Ridsdale a simple question. " Do you wish to be a Director and place Investment into Plymouth Argyle?" or do you just wish to be an Employee and draw a salary?

" We are looking for an Investor/Director"

The reply from Mr Ridsdale was " I will think about it"

I will leave the rest to your imagination but it does look as if Mr Ridsdale may not be joining the board of Plymouth Argyle unless he can smooth talk his way on to the current board with no investment, but it does seem that they have seen through his bluster.

Good luck Saturday Bluebirds, I'm positive you will bounce back. :ayatollah:

Indeed TNT.

It asks the question just how much aware are the Plymouth board of the antics of Ridsdale. Ridsdale demise here at CCS was the golden season ticket scam. This mainly being made high profile by the demonstration of the fans. Before then most of his antics were covered up including the tax bill. Ridsdale looked like he had recovered his reputation from his Leeds/Barnsley days when he took us to an FA cup final and nearly to the promised land. This all came falling down on him with the demonstration and made others outside the club more aware of his hidden antics. How many clubs have turned down his services since he was booted out of here?

I am surprised that the likes of Ridsdale has managed to work his way into a club like Plymouth, although he is not quite there yet. Lets hope those in power there are made aware of what we suffered under his chairmanship.

he will gain employment at PAFC as some sort of paid consultant to oversee the new stadium project or something then before u know it he's conned his way onto the board and will once again rule the waves , its what he does so very very well . Only way to stop him is NOT to allow anywhere near a Football Club again , not even to sell pies !!

Argyle need investment in the next 7 days - not someone on the gravy train promising the world and delivering nothing.

The Riddler is hardly the man to put his money anywhere near where his month is (even if he had any cash).

A big turning point in the Plymouth saga will be the world cup 2018 decision on Friday which could rescue them with the promise of stadium development and, after all, PR did deliver a stadium just with nothing inside it apart from unpaid bills!

Good work lads, keep the world aware what he did to our club.

My personal thanks to all Cardiff supporters who warned us about Risdale, I think many of us have grasped the reality of the situation now.
Good luck for the rest of the season and I hope you make the promised land this year

Yeh cheers mate, you can come and back me in court. Hes gonna f*cking flip now and
hes already got his solicitors on my back

Im absolutely made up!!

We told the feller that Cardiff City fans would not let him walk away from this club
unscathed.

He was forced to eat humble pie over his million pound severence cheque. Our new
owner made him walk away with a third of that or he'd release details of everything
Riddles did...

now it appears that us supporters may have had a hand in opening the Plymouth boards
(and supporters) eyes as to just what they might have been taking on :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Peter Ridsdale - To the last, I grapple with thee; from hell's heart I stab at thee; for hate's sake I spit my last breath at thee. Thou art a thieving lying Yorkie Kent. I will never forget thee and rest will I not until in football you are no more :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
