I don't understand why your blocking people from joining up, surely for the forum to get even bigger it would need more members? I also think that those with 0 posts should be pm'd with a warning to post or they will be removed. It would free up some usernames and get more posters posting, if you get what I mean

Usually other sites like Mikes(Who has always) Respect it and Delete it.

But Carl will be able to make it that the update cant be copied
