afternoon all.

got in gym about 12.30

half way threw my session i felt slap on back of my head turned round and it was heaton laffing his socks off at me thinking i was gonna throw dumbbell at his head lol

my question -how u finding it down here ?
heaton- really good love playing first team football.


my question- was it good move to leave man utd and join cardiff.
heaton- yes it was right time for me to leave i wanted a chance to have first team football at man utd i don't think it was going to happen due to the quality they had there. i thought i would have more of chance at cardiff. and i really wanted to come back because i love the place i feel at home.


my questiion- how you find the new stadium?
heaton- as i told you before when i first joined i could not wait to playing in front of the fans in new stadium it is amazing. the fans are fantastic


my question- how do you feel qpr game went?
heaton- you testing little b*stard with these questions.... only joking, thought it was good game so gutted we lost was robbed not getting a pen. i think we played really well and did not deserve to lose.


my questio- looking forward to preston
heaton- whole team is focused and is going to put it right on sat.


my question- you think cardiff got chance going up this season?
heaton- yes.

my question- better leave you get off to some extra cardio in the pool then?

also seen paul quinn running flat out on the running machine, physio is pushing him

not really update just little inside on tom heaton, he one nicest person you ever meet he type of player u can go up to have convo with rest are very arrogant but good have players who like to take time to talk to supporters.

yea we get along along well. when he first signed he came over to me in gym and introduced himself to me he always says hello (when he in the gym) they got two gyms you see. and asks me how my training and what i been up to and stuff like a mate really.. had session weights with him. haha well i do try but he always in a rush so can't really keep him for aslong as i would want to, he top bloke. if i could get more info i would but all about timing really some days they there some days they doing different things.

Cool. Personally, I'm more of a Marshall fan but it's a luxury having two keepers of such quality. Just wish Heaton was 3-4 inches taller, he'd be amazing then. Most of the goals we concede seem to be because he can't reach the ball!

i prefer heaton not cuz i no him like, just cuz he talks more and seems more aware but i agree if he was few inches taller he would be prem keeper that my opinion tho. but i also agree we have two top keepers haven't had that for while have we.
