Yes it is True, Jay is going to run his contract down and Def Wants to play in the Premier with some Club Next Season, I Cant blame him, Hopefully With US .

But the talk its Liverpool in pole position, tbh can't see him being a total success there, Robbie Keane couldn't do it Bellamy couldn't do it would be very hard to make his mark but with £75000 a week on offer its a done deal I would say.
