He knows his job is safe he is one of few managers who can lose a few games and still have the backing if the owners and board, if he did go he also knows he can walk into the premier league whenever there is a vacancy, would he be so calm if he was underpressure from above

There's a lack of harmony in the squad probably, if he has said that then it's a disgrace because we look up to Dave Jones like a saint. I've had facebook statuses saying Jones Out but people have called me an idiot and everything, if this is true then it's a big let down for the fans of the club. If we don't get maximum points in our next 5 games then I want a new manager pronto.

I Know Terry Personally, Lovely man, Good Tactically, But DJ to strong for Terry, Terry is Soft at heart and Not Strong willed to stand up enough, he tried after the Swansea game, but got Buried by DJ.

DJ needs to go NOW! He only understands the long ball tactic in a 4-4-2 (or occasionally 4-5-1) against teams that we should be dismantling. With the exception (IMO) of Hudson & Naylor , we should have a team capable of walking this league this season. NOw teams like Leicester and Forest have made good additions and will start to climb and challenge.

We had a run of 7 games this season with 6 wins and a draw.

That is the problem I think. When we are good we are very good but when bad shite.

Hardly ever inbetween.

we are 2nd but what games have we played particuly well. i can think of about 4-5 maybe less were the players have played and gelled together and it has worked. the other times we have won we havent been very good but luckily the other team has been worse. ive been on the fence about dave jones yer he has done well for us but i think he has taken us as far as he can so now its time for a change before the transfer window so our new manager can get some players he would like. dave jones has no excuse for the players not performing if they are played out of position as its his tactics and he brought the players he wanted here. i would love a manager with passion here. And dave jones just isnt that manager. he cant motivate the team for the big and important games. the fa cup final the play off final the last 4-5 games of the season before last, the derby games, there is a long list of times we have lost because he plays the games down too much.

totally agree with this fella!!!! when we are good we're good, and as u say our players don;t applaud the fans THIS IS DOWN TO THEM NOT DJ, if they wanted to applaud they would i think some of our clubs problem is the players EGOS they think they are now too big for this club!!
i don't see many giving 100% at the moment at the end of the day they get there wages whatever happens, i do agree that we should walk this league however on paper us and QPR aint far apart,
