Havnt noticed that. Where by is it? Seen a Union Jack in all different shades of blue instead of red, white etc.

i noticed the dirty rag at the jack game
but its a free country and there are plenty of city fans who follow that club aswell as long as they dont try to force a ccfc/celtic love in down the ccs
would be nice to see the union flag with ccfc

Why is it a dirty rag? Because its Irish or because it says Hail Hail? I'd agree if it was because of the Celthick tarnishment of it.

On a seperate note, I love the rhondaa fach - forever loyal flag. Its lovely.

I don't care what flag it is, as long as it says our teams name on it. A city Union Jack would be nice.

Don't like the look of that Septic flag.. Repulsive club. How hard would it be just to get a normal tri colour and write CCFC on it.

Someone in the Ninian had a German flag on saturday

As people may know I dont like Celtic, but as its CCS thats irrelevent. The first flag is totally ridiculous, although I dont mind the second one as it atleast it is City related too.

I don't care what nations flag is hanging up aslong as ccfc is on it.

I don't bring my Rangers flag to the game so why should they fetch a Celtic flag. Same as Jacks fetching a Blackpool flag. Pathetic.

Its all one flag. Glasgow bluebirds on one side and that hail hail stuff on the other side.

I'm surprised we don't see more tricolours at CCS given that a huge proportion of Cardiffs population are of Irish descent.

I'm not particularly into flag waving of any kind tbh but I'd rather see a tricolour at CCS than a Union Jack.

I'm proud to come from the British Isles but to me the Union Jack has always represented loyalism in the North of Ireland, right wing nutters like the BNP, the royal family, Glasgow Rangers and the tory party ; none of which I'm particularly keen on.

Alfie

I'm sorry, but I find that statement very silly. The Union Flag was there long before BNP, the Windsors, Tories etc.

As I wrote originally phatfrog I'm not particularly into wrapping myself in flags of any kind. Nationalism quite often turns into something dark and negative.

I grew up in the 80's and sadly the UJ flag was hijacked by the far right.

It's never been a flag that's meant anything to me.

That's my honest opinion.

Hate the fact that both Glasgow clubs are related to "Loyalist" and "Irish Republic" and the terrorism and war which went on in Northern Ireland. To be honest, football shouldn't be about that. I hate being part of the UK, and when people say "are you British?" I instantly reply "No, I'm Welsh."

But then, at the same time, I support everything the British Army do, and have done since I was born. A Patriot of Help For Heroes, and would strive to do anything to raise money for the cause. But at the same time, I hate Rangers, and like Celtic. May not make sense but I don't relate football to War, & Violence. It's a game, and you choose who you support.

So why should it matter that Celtic Fans support Cardiff, Or vice versa. And why should it matter that Rangers Fans support Cardiff or Vice Versa. To be honest, any fan is willing to come down and watch Cardiff City Football Club, as long as they pay the money to get in to the ground, and don't start trouble or singing anti-Welsh or Cardiff song's.

do we not like the navy or the air force because everyone only ever seems to support the army (which is greatly deserved) the army does a fantastic job and deserves this countrys respect but the navy and the air force deserve it just as much.
