They're both as bad as each other. Living off past paramilitary 'glories' although Celtic are worse after last week's poppy protest

The IRA tossers should f**k off to Ireland, and the bunting loving
Union jack waving pillocks should love to London and go live next

Whats wrong with waving Scottish flags you disloyal twats

Taffy

No disrespect, but I find it odd you have that opinion when you have a son in the British Army. Your son no doubt wears British flag flashes on his shoulder.

At the end of the day, we're all Bitish. Doesn't make me any less Welsh by saying that. :ayatollah:

Fair comment mate, but you miss my point. Or im not clear enough
I see nowt wrong with anyone being proud to be British.
But Rangers fans (as many scots will tell you) dont give a flying f**k for
Scotland. THAT i find sad and a bit ridiculous. The other daft wankers see
themselves as Irish not Scottish. I like Britain, but consider myself Welsh
first and foremost!

By the way dont let him hear you say he's in the British ARMY   :ayatollah:

Rangers are the tarten army. Rangers follow scotland, its Celtic who don't follow Scotland. Bit like the Jacks not following Wales

What regiment is your boy in? Despite the obvious risks, its a bloody good career. My brother is in the Reme. Been in 12years. 18months ago, he was diagnosed with non hodgkins. For all the stick the army get about how they treat squaddies, they have really looked after him. Forked out a hell of a lot of money for him to get first class treatment and pay for trials etc.

To be fair, Taffy Apple and you are both right. Part of Rangers support couldn't give two fucks for Scotland but then the Tartan Army has a big Rangers following too

Very few Celtic or Rangers follow Scotland.

Nothing wrong with being proud of your Britishness, but they should be flying Scotland flags at their games and singing songs about football, but instead it's all about being "upto your knees in fenian blood" or "soon there'll be no protestant's at all"....very sad.

My favourite is, the famine is over, why don't you go home  In all seriousness it isn't good. But I have heard songs about Aberfan, Harold Shipman, Maddie McCann etc no real difference to what goes on down here.

Taffy

A lot of people don't realise that the SBS are more, how shall we say it.....involved than the SAS. Good luck to him! I think most infantries/Paras etc don't get the best treatment. Its normally the tradesmen that get better treatment. You must be dead proud though :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

The Royal Marines do tend to get better gear than the army. Probably cos its
a self-contained organisation with its own infrastructure. They still have the
same shite ration packs etc though. The MOD just couldnt give a f**k as long
as they are lining their own pockets. Yes mate, dead proud of him, he's a good
lad.

Re: Rangers - Union Jacks.

been to Scotland lots of times, groundhopping...

apart from Rangers, Airdrie are also flying UJs, Ulster Loyalist and loyalist paramilitary flags...

Hearts have UJs on derby days vs Hibs (who have Irish roots) and Celtic, Dundee do it on derby days vs Dundee Utd (who also have Irish roots, used to be called Dundee Hibs and Dundee Harp) and Celtic.

So they use it to wind up their opposition...

Celtic and Hibs fly the Irish tricolour to show their Irish heritage, never seen Dundee Utd fans do it, but heard they do once in a while... but dunno if it's true...

dont see the point in flying UJs or Irish flags as they are used in a political content...

BUT, as we are all Europeans, why dont we all fly EURO flags?

nah bollix, rather stick to CCFC ones... :ayatollah:
