Im sure we signed Riggott because he is top player for Championship sides, esp teams with weak centre backs like us. DJ decided to take a gamble and sign and injured player just to make sure we GOT him? He obv was way better than Hudson/Gyepes, dunno now, injuries might ruin players

Thing is DJ knew we needed another CB hence trying to loan Loovens and others but we cannot spend a penny on transfer fees. How any top injury free CB's are available on frees? not many if any. Suppose he could have gone for an average CB to sit on the bench but then people would have moaned he was ahead of Blake. If/When Rigott is fit would be one of the best CB's in the division no doubt, if he was injury free we would have zero chance....I guess thats the risk
