Does Dave Jones Rely on to many players that have played for him in the past ?
Many are past their Best when he Re-signs them in My Opinion.
Anyone Rem All the Players that he Likes to Re-sign.
Was Kennedy any good ?
I did think Jason Koumas was starting to improve, but I am Now beg to now think he wont .

He seems to sign players that have been injured or are seriously out of form, so as not to harm his character,
So if it doesn't work out he can say well we had a look at him, or his injuries have got the better of him....

A lot of managers like to take their backroom staff with them to the different clubs they work at, maybe Jones is the same with players. He obviously looks at players who have done well for him in the past so that makes him comfortable.

i have to agree with you annis, i do like dave jones but for me he relying on certain players, he brought players who he new from before, i think koumas is letting him down big time and i hate to say it the team look lost with him in the side alot people would argue with me, but that game sat he had the chance to take it . did he? no.
my opinion tho.

dont think so. Koumas actually deserved a chance to prove himself, but he failed, even though knowing DJ I think he's gonna get dropped for a while.

I think we should give Koumas time. He always takes longer than other players to get fully fit and he hasn't really had too much time to get going yet. He needs a good run of full games to get the best out of him and he's not really getting that yet

Personally I think he's done a good job with the players he has brought in
In most cases, we were desperate and they did a good job......not necessarily were they the best in the league but at the time, we couldn't afford anything else!

We Pay by Far the Top Wages in This Division, DJ has been Spoilt regarding Wages to Players.

A lot of managers resign players, they know them and know what they are capable of.
I personally wouldn't have brought Koumas back but then a lot of people were over the moon when he did come back.
Kennedy I think was a great signing, on a free, solid, highly professional and sold for a small profit. Brilliant.

There was no other way to attract good players to a club in major financial difficulty - as ironic as that sounds!
Cardiff was skint, but had some quality players and coaching staff here to attract at least some excellent players. Albeit, alot of loans but so far Dave Jones has done extremely well with just wages to offer! IMO

I think its part of DJ's mindset, he prefers the older, more experienced players too the younger ones. He did the same when Wolves manager.

How many of his old players has jones brought in since he been here mate? Any idea. I can think of mark kennedy and kevin cooper. I thought they both done alright for us although they werent never brilliant. Any others he brought in?

I think he signed a keeper from wolves too but I cant remember his name. He played for us a few years ago.
