Just pressed something and the page has gone to full screen and ive lost all my menu bar things from top of screen,,,,,, anyone know how i restore it to normal

Try view at top of the page and zoom out

how do you do that please mate my menu thing comes back if i go to top of screen with mouse then dissapears when mouse goes off there
