Bellamy- 'Training Not Too Good This Week"

Sun Nov 21, 2010 9:33 pm

Interesting that our captain came out with this comment on Sky Sports earlier
this evening. I wonder what's been happening in the bluebirds camp this week?

Were some of the players unhappy with tactics, personnel or......?

Perhaps we are too pre-occupied with stopping the oposition, as opposed to
them worrying about us? We certainly weren't in Forest's faces yesterday as we
sould have been

Thanks.

I believe that players of the calibre of Bellamy and Chopra
should have their say if they are unhappy. Ultimately they have to play out
the game over 90 minutes.
What do you think boys?

I wouldn't agree with Chopra, take a look at his Twitter feed:

https://twitter.com/#!/Chops008

First of all is his profile picture, a wise idea for a professional football player?

Secondly his comment from the 26th Sept
Three day bender not good feeling it now can't wait to sleep tonight

None of this inspires any confidence that he should be put forward as an example for other players to look up to, take into account his previous gambling problems as well, I would say.

I understand that alot of players do get up to this sort of thing but to advertise it to the public shows a certain naivety?

Someone needs to have a word with Chops. Haven't we got someone at the club who deals with this sort of thing? Helping players deal with the press, advising them on how to handle themselves in the media etc etc?
