Yeah, it was all his fault.

Never mind the other players who didn't play well, or the ref who was rubbish, or DJ for not having a clue on how to change things.

Let's just focus all the blame on one player.

f*cking pathetic.

I'm not blaming it on one player. I've been watching City for donkeys years and I have NEVER seen a more lethargic waste of a shirt than him. I would be feeling the same if we had taken anything out of the game.

Well, we're all entitled to opinions. My opinion is that you're wrong.

We had a number 19 on the pitch :o

He should definatly have been taken off as he was non existant for the majority of the game, i would of liked to see matthews replace him and given a go on the right wing and the other supposed winger whittingham on the left.

I'm surprised you pick on one player after that performance. We were woeful across the pitch.

Heaton's kicking was crap, Kevin Mc couldn't pass wind and Blake seemed to think finding touch is what you do when you have the ball at your feet. The centre halfs were their usual commanding selves!?

Midfield - What midfield. Nor sure what Oli's brief was - he was all over the place but in fairness no-one moved for him to give it too anyway.

Bothroyd was on vacation outwide for most of the game and Bellamy looked no-where like a premier player. Whitts and Koumas in the same team don't work -they both want to play the same game. Neither do Chops and Bellamy.

Must have missed someone - if I have they were crap an all. Absolutely unacceptable performance and should all be docked a weeks wages.

Seems to me that DJ has lost his way and doesn't know what team formation is the one to play. Was McPhail on the bench today or is he injured. Usual over confidence/arrogance has kicked in and no-one working hard enough. That team will not get promoted.

Yes we weren't very good as a unit today and some players certainly went missing at times but ffs we're still second and to say that the manager's lost his way is totally ridiculous, as bit like this whole thread!

"weren't very good" and "went missing at times" - man, you are the master of understatement. So you think DJ has a clear vision on the team shape he needs to put out to win the big games. Fair enough. I won't call your opinion totally ridiculous I just don't agree with it. Your names not Jones by the way is it?

It seems to me he just thinks he needs to get bothroyd, chopra, whittingham, koumas and bellamy on the same pitch, irrespective how the team formation is set up, and he will win.
