HELP TY HAFAN - PLEASE READ

Hello all,

My mother is PR Manager at Ty Hafan and has asked me to promote this. As you know the club have been magnificent in supporting this wonderful charity over the least year and a half. They really do some fantastic work as a charity and need and deserve all the help they can get.

Help the Hospices has been shortlisted as one of six charities to be the Football League's charity of the season 2011/12. The vote is open to football fans and all members of the public and is open until Wednesday 8 December.

We need hospices to encourage your supporters and staff to log on to the Football League website to cast their vote for Help the Hospices. A vote for Help the Hospices is a vote for their local club to support their local hospice.

It would be a fantastic boost for the hospice and a natural continuation of the phenomenal support Cardiff City has shown over the last 18 months.
