WHY DO YOU HATE ENGLAND ??

JUST OUT OF INTEREST AS I DONT ?

MY Mothers side are from Manchester with a proud milatary tradition , my finance is from Yorkshire.

I dont I`m half Welsh, half english................But being born in Cardiff, and lived there for 13 yrs I`m more welsh than english..I must be i`ve got "Cymru Am Byth" tattooed up my arm!!!!!!!!LOL

I`ve lived in England now for 25 yrs and do miss Cardiff but cant say I hate England

most people in Wales will find, from research that they are not pure Welsh. My family decent from France. Cardiff itself as originally a Roman settlement .( Caerdydd)

I don't hate them, that is a very strong word.
Because of all the media bias and every footballing club we play (barring Swansea of late) that comes to our stadium, singing anti Welsh songs.(it's all only banter I know)

I just like to see them lose as much as possible.

Fair enough , with regards to the media bias , I can sort of understand it because of England's population of 51 million.That said BBC Wales bias towards rugby ( and football fans ) reflects the same ideology. I find that very sad.

i dont hate england or the english.. people say the english are twats but i can name loads of twats in my street and they are welsh

England beat the aussies yesterday an now the papers and bookies are saying england favorites to win 6 nations, england are not world cup contenders? they won one bloody game yes they have improved but its only one game

Why I don't support them I don't know because out of my 4 grandparents 2 of them were born in England

And out of my 8 great grandparents 6 of them were born in England, 2 from Cornwall, 2 from Gloucester and 2 from the Forest of Dean

I Support Cardiff City First before anything, Then I Like All British International Teams to do Well, Wales first, then England, Northern Ireland and Then Scotland, if they play Foreign teams, I want them ALL to do Well

I have a Big Fondness for The Egyptian National Side and have been over their to see them

i hate the sporting side of england,, the media etc, they build them up to be world beaters,,, i read my mrs closer magazine when the world cup was on,,,,,, and gerrards mrs and some other tart, were flying out for the semi-finals, to be with there partners,,, so bigheaded, what makes them think there that good to reach the semis,,,and all the old pundits on sky,,, on paper were one of the best in the world,makes my blood boil with the shit they come up with,,,,,,,, but english people are ok,,,

I dont hate the English. It would be like all black people hating white people today because
of slavery. The English Establishment historically have attempted to destroy my country,
my language and my culture.

There is an arrogance and hi-handedness about England that I dont like, never have never
will. But the people on the whole are tidy enough, no better or worse than some Welsh people!

But I'd sooner have them as neighbors than say, Pakistan!!

Kinda sums it up for me. Don't hate them, just love to see them talk themselves up then fail It's the press more than anything, but people buy into it.

Neath born and bred, am Welsh through and through, but I dont hate the English, in fact I have
just come back from the Commonwealth games in Delhi where I was on the English team (and proud to be)

You're right, but it's not a racial thing.

Personally, I get very pissed at having to watch/listen to pro-English journalism on the BBC/ other media. The average Englishman, however, is not subjected to our pro-Welsh journalism because it s on BBC Wales, HTV or S4C.

Add to that,of course, The (English) FA dumping us by leaving the Home Internationals (football) and The (English) RFU seriously considering dumping the Celtic element of the 5 Nations (as it was then) to play The Aussies and New Zealand regularly before they were reminded what a cash-cow the Rugby Internationals were.(rugby)

These English organisations have really behaved very badly in the past... ordinary English people I have no problem with....
