All pack up now because beating teams like this are what promotion contenders must do, agree no easy teams in this league but coming back without 3 points tomorrow with a full strength squad to pick from we got real problems.

tomorrow for me is all about motivation.
providing the players attitudes are right (DJ) going onto a small pitch, small ground, on a wet and windy day then we will get 3 points. if they are slightly off then its will be another long afternoon for the fans.

3 - 1 to City as I cant see our defence keeping clean sheets just yet

I really dont think its going to be as easy as people think, Scunthorpe away is rarely an easy one for anyone.

Absolutely, that's the difference between the Championship and Premiership, there are "unexpected" results virtually every week. Pinning 3 points on a particular game just doesn't work, just look at the overall points total and position in the table, that will tell us all we need to know

Totally agree. It would be arrogant of us to say we should be winning games like this. The Championship is so tight this year that any point away is a point gained. I feel we should win if we play as we can but it's going to be tough. I honestly would take a point up there but hope we can bag all three.

No need to panic just yet! Even if we lose, we'll still be in an automatic promotion position! The thing that bothers me is that we are in exactly the same position results-wise as we were after 16 games in 2006/07, when we were of course top - won 10, drawn 3, lost 3. Goal difference was 14 then as opposed to 15 now. In 2006/07 and went on to finish 13th. Unlucky for some - but could lightning really strike twice? NEVER!

we only managed a 1 -1 draw last season with a deflected goal by whitts . played us off the park in the first half but got lucky second half
never an easy place to get all points

I never under estimate any team especially when we are playing them away, regardless of their postion in the tables. I would not quite agree with pack up now (just yet).. however to take the points from the lower team is a must for the push. The chase for 4th-6th is quite tight and scunny will be up for it .
