Failed to get down the City Today

Fri Jan 08, 2010 12:05 pm

Totally failed to get out of the street, fair play quite a few people were salting and shoveling the road but to no avail...was hoping to get down the stadium to make offer support to any volunteers who could get there this morning...anyone got any news on the defrosting operation from the stadium?

News of new winding up order is now out and there could be a possible transfer embargo but Jones says there is no embargo to his knowledge...no further information at the moment.

Its looking likely Steve and I owe you a public apology...you said this before and I argued against your opinion...I was wrong...I could find no evidence of an embargo before but should have took your word for it...we will see now for sure if there is an embargo...no players will equal an embargo

The way the club is run is a disgrace, how much longer can us fans go on listening to lies we are constantly fed from the club. We need the truth to be told as soon as possible. Mr Risdale needs to come clean for once and tell us how close we are to going under we deserve this as fans. Over 10,000 fans have paid out good money on season tickets for next year at the most expensive time of the year believing it would go on player recruitment and a promotion push. We have been sold down the river again.

I popped down at 9 am to give a hand, guy on the main gate didn't have a clue as to what was arranged for snow clearing, but that was soon sorted. there was about fifteen of us to start, but i would gess about ten of them worked for the stadium, by the way they were dressed. Cleared snow from the turnstile areas & main walkways. by 11 am the stadium team went for a cup of tea & i left[cold & fooked], a cup of tea at that stage would have been nice, but none was offered.
