Football:

Ask ANYBODY in Wales, or outside Wales who are the countrys biggest
club and they will say Cardiff City. Cardiff City have won the FA Cup and
lost in the final twice. We have lost the League title by . 25 of a goal. We
have reached the Cup Winners Cup Semi-final and have played in Europe
more than any other Welsh Club. Admittedly, in the last 30 years, the
Jacks HAVE been in the top flight. But overall, their record does not hold
up against Cardiff's. Should any dull jack like to argue the toss, then let him
show us the statistics, they dont lie. We are Wales Premier Club.

Fighting.

We get jacks saying all the time "oh I never miss a Wales game"
(as did neverbeathejacks the other day) but lets talk FACTS... Their 'firm'
those recognisable as the ones who 'like a row' DO NOT go to Wales
games. Certainly not all together in the same way they wreak havoc
in towns like Chester . Cardiff DO.... The Jacks are shit scared of
getting filled in abroad. End of. Cardiff have constantly mounted
attacks on the North Bank, nowt ever happened vice versa. Cardiff
would be in ANYBODY'S Top 10 firms, possibly top 5. Be honest you
jacks. Do YOU think your top ten?... You've had your results against
us, but thats par for the course, you win some you lose some. But
your results have generally been when you've caught small groups of
Cardiff on the hop.. OR... when small groups of Cardiff have come
looking for it, not giving a f**k how many you had... Have you ever
done the same??? NAAAAAAAH!!... Have you ever totally overrun
Cardiff on our own manor??? name the day??... i'll lead with FA Cup 91....

As I'm in exile in London at the moment I don't get to go to Cardiff games as much as I wish to, but I do get to banter with local team supporters from Millwall, Crystal Palace, Charlton, West Ham, Arsenal, Leyton and Chelsea and go to a few of their games and not one of them has ever mentioned the 'swim away' story although they all seem to know stories about Cardiff.

It's a small story blown out of proportion by a small city with a small football club.

It is/was and always will be a small story. But they rejoice in it in their thousands.
They actually have a fancy dress day for it when they play us, imagine... grown
men and women dancing around singing 'swim away'... you'd think they'd got down
on that beach and turned back the f*cking tide, but nope... they chased a handful
of young lads into the sea.

No other clubs mention it (unless they're taking the piss) because everyone knows
what happened, not much!

for some strange reason the jacks see our 91 cup game walkover as a victory for them because they smashed the buses and attacked the kings pub
