If there's a club that has highly talented young players and they need a manager to realise their potential then BBM is the man.
If it's a club with established players then he's not the best option.
I don't think Wrexham, Burnley or Wolves are the right fit.

Wrexham are a typical Championship club of a few seasons ago. They have a good, solid physical team and need a manager who can just get that little bit more from their aging front line. Warnock would have been perfect for them

Totally agree!!
The way he interviewed for the Cardiff job suggests he knew exactly what he was walking into, especially the talent coming through our youth system.
Looking at our squad, we need to tie down Alex Robertson and Dylan Lawlor to new contracts, but we've already got a strong core of young players with their best years ahead of them. The remaining players he didn't sign are also coming to the end of their contracts, giving him even more freedom to build the squad he wants.
He's in an almost perfect position. Expectations were low this season, allowing him to develop the youngsters and continue to implement his style without the pressure of immediate promotion. All the time his players are gaining that championship experience.
He also seems to have built an excellent relationship with Tan. Taking his family out to Malaysia was a clever move. With his track record in the transfer market, wages being freed up in the summer and another year of development for our youngsters, you'd fancy us to mount a serious challenge next season.
Leaving Cardiff would actually be a massive gamble. He could walk into a club with older players on long contracts who aren't suited to his high-intensity football or willing to buy into his demands. He'd effectively be starting again, potentially needing another two years to build his own squad, while facing pressure for results from day one.
For me, he is a long-term appointment manager rather than a short-term fix or a Warnock-type appointment brought in to deliver instant results that these teams are looking for.
The money is the obvious reason, but why walk away and start again when everything is falling into place here?
