I find it strange that since BBM's arrival he's not even been given a chance at Cardiff.

Not heard anything about him being a disruptive force in the dressing room and yet allegedly was sent to train with the youngsters during presesason before being sent out on loan again.

Some decent teams looking at him and a decent price being mentioned yet we couldn't wait to get rid of him at a time when we knew Chambers, Lawlor and Fish would be out at the start of the season.

Really surprised that he wasn't given an opportunity to prove himself in the current squad.

4 more games for Cardiff triggers a big payment to Brugge.

Seen him play?

The championship isn't for everyone.

Saw every game he's played for us.

Didn't have a great start but then neither did Osho in a lower division and both Daland and Osho have made about the same number of mistakes.

My point is that he's been given no chance to improve under the current manager.

It's one of two things, either his passing ability isn't that great and obviously you need that to play in this team or it's a case of he's on great money and other teams actually want him (I don't think we'd be able to loan out any of the other big earners like Robbo or Chambers). Great for us if we can get a few quid for him, hopefully that can go back into the squad with a couple of new additions but I won't be holding my breath after the summer

That's probably got a lot to do with it.

Yes that's fair. I don't think his passing was too bad from what I can recall but he's probably on a decent wage.

Agree with this. Like it or not, one of the first things BBM wants from his CBs is the ability to pass and carry the ball out of defence. Osho is very good at that. Bielik too.

Some wanted us to sign a no nonsense CB and there's a fair argument for that, but it's just not his way.

I think he decided pretty early on that Daland wasn't for him.

I can see us having more finances for transfers when the big earners like Robinson, Chambers and Daland are gone. Probably have to wait until the summer for Robinson and Chambers to go on a free, but hopefully we can get some money for Daland in January.

I have to disagree Ned when bbm come here the club had him moved out in the first week he was here to save wages originally.

I see him as a top player in time and not given a chance really but obviously the club don't. I also think bbm had no say in it, it's out of his hands.

When BBM was asked in one of his first interviews after becoming manager he said he had nothing to do with it and I did nothing about it. Now I'm thinking the same thing this season as he's an asset and no doubt on real good money so they want him gone, he will bring some money in and wages off the books.

Although my thoughts are no different to others who would say he's a disruptive player or has a bad attitude when really they don't know either just guess work from all of our sides. :bluescarf:

Thanks, I was forgetting he said that actually.

Seems like money is the main reason.

We have aload of players on big coin due to run out soon so I agree BBM will have a decent structure to work with and get better players in I feel if he's allowed to of course and if he's still here :bluescarf:

Your probably spot on that it was a financial decision but I wouldn't completely rule out footballing reasons if BBM didn't fancy him it's easy to make that statement and wash your hands of him

Watched him vs villa tonight not over impressed. Lots of arm waving for two of villas goals think he lost his man on one of them.

If he goes for the above amount then no excuses why BBM can't reinvest that money to strengthen our squad come in Jan .
