Would not surprise me.

I like Wheater as a player. I'd assume any interest we may have had may now be rebuked with a new manager in place.

Boro will be offloading a lot of the ex SPL boys on January I think especially the ex Celtic players cos Mowbray was the manager who sold them to Boro at the time , personally I think Mc Manus at centre back and Boyd upfront would be the only 2 to interest me in coming to CCFC

Boyd obviously had a eye for goal in Scotland hasn't really set the world alight down here though. Anyway he didn't want to join us before so he can f**k off.

David Wheater would be a brilliant signing. I would imagine that Boro would want a premium for him as we are a rival Championship club, also there is bound to be Premier League interest aswell.

is Anton Ferdinand still unwanted by Sunderland coz it was mentioned on this Forum a few months back of possible interest along with Richard Dunne of Villa ............ unless they were bullshit posts from bullshit posters ?

David Whetear and Anton Ferdinand would be 2 fantastic signings - both young talented and up and coming. Wheatears contract ends in June so can sign a pre contract agreement in January. Ferdinands contract also ends next summer so the same applies to him. We could either sign both in January for peanuts or get them to sign pre contract agreements ready for next season either way both would be fantastic signings.

Boyd is rubbish, scored a hatful in the SPL but that doesnt mean he's a decent player, never scores against the big teams. Easily one of the most over-rated strikers going.

Id prefer Boyd to Keogh personally. Anton Ferdinand is on silly wages though so hes a big no no

think boyd will score goals but also think he bit overwieght tbh. but think wheater would be an awsome signing for us especially if we can sign him on pre contract free transfer for the summer although we do need a centre half in january

kris boyd is just proof at how poor the scottish leagues are, he scored goals for fun in the spl , i think i could count on one hand his goals this season so far

its the younger one not andrew lol but yeah was playing for brynna but they have recently dispanded becuase they wasnt getting enough players

I hear their 1sts are close to dispanding aswell after 4 players joined Llangeinor. Cant see it tho

I hope not! I've never rated him. He's slow and mistake-ridden. Mind you that's only my opinion.
