Craig Bellamy:
The four matches all together.
"I was one of the ones who wasn't [voting for it], because we know it's a complete disadvantage to us."
“It puts a real stress on countries like us, Wales”
"Four games at this type of level… for the other nations, we know who they are because I was in the room when they all voted for it.“
“I think [the four-game break] is designed for the elites, not for Wales.”

Scotland or both Ireland’s are not moaning like Bellamy
He can’t take any criticism and blames everyone else but himself.
When we beat Norway and that was the 3rd game he never said any of this.
Denmark played exactly the same games

I know ive said it before, he took the chance of playing his favourites/ has been and it didn't work, he should have played some youngsters, I maybe biased..but Cardiff city players, they would have done well, I think Cardiff on a good day would have beaten Denmark.

Bells also said that some of our players don’t play regular football.
Well Ashford and Joel Colwill do so why not pick them to start Mir more game time ?
They are fit and both Championship players

Bellamy has watched cardiff play plenty, Ashford and colwill but picks harris the proven goal scorer over ashford and Moore.

We put some decent crosses in that we're easily dealt with when Koumas was up top, why Kieffer was sat on the bench for so long I have no idea and to bring Harris on before him is shocking.
What does Brennan Johnson actually offer? Im assuming Dan James has a knock?
Moore for Johnson at half time with Koumas going wide wouldve been my 1st sub.

Totally perplexed by these words.
All countries squads are the same size.
If he is bemoaning the talent pool, he may as well say, "we are at a disadvantage because of our population size"
That ain't gonna change.

I didn't get carried away either
He's won 1 game this year against a team with 10 men
It's hardly a flex is it

True but allowing for the odd exception, they produce players of a far higher quality than Wales. Getting to a World Cup final and performing well at nearly all major championships speaks for itself.

Like you say they "PRODUCE" better players, so it has nothing to do with the population of the country as Bellamy is indicating.

Bellamy continues to talk bollocks

All sports science is about loading. Jack Moylan played in 3.5 games in 11 days.........So I doubt we'll play him on Saturday.
At the start of the season, 4 international trips across Europe is madness for the small nations. England, France, Germany, Italy, Spain can rotate; we can't
UEFA has messed up. The Nations League has turned what were glorified friendlies into full competitive matches, so real friendlies are now U21 graduation games, as things are riding on the Nations League games
Ashford and Colwill are not automatic starters for City, basically play the same position, and are backups to Moylan. Cullen has spent most of his career in the Championship.
No one can offer any excuse for Harris except Bellamy's belief in the forward press. But at Nations League Group A level, the opposition are too good to struggle with a basic press. Keiffer is starting to look like one of us playing Sunday league football. He is starting to look 34, I don't think we can even rely on him as the super sub.
I don't think Bellamy is great, but nor is that sqaud

I defended the inclusion of Cullen last season over the Cardiff lads, as without the bias towards Cardiff, the fact was both Cullen and Harris were playing at a higher level relatively frequently. So although I had my bias, I could understand it.
Now, it just makes no sense other than has he got a chip on his shoulder about Cardiff and how he left. I’d be surprised if that’s the case as it’s petty to toy with people’s careers because of their employers

Completely agree with all of it his substitutions were fine bar Mark Harris I really don't understand that one. Kieffer was the obvious option but would it have made any difference I seriously doubt it.
The bias thing not for me. If Rubin was available different story. Ashford is 3rd in our pecking order to play at 10 behind Rubin and Moylan so how people think he should be an automatic starter is beyond me
