Located right near the Darwen End. It is a spacious Hungry Horse pub that welcomes away supporters and serves food, but it gets very busy on matchdays
The Postal Order (Wetherspoons) is annothef option on Darwen Street. It is popular for a pre-match drink if you arrive via Blackburn railway station

There are quite a few near the ground, and my experience all welcome to our away support - never had any problems up there.
As mentioned the 'Elmhurst' is the one that most City will head to, but I spent a few hours in 'The Fox & Hounds' after the game last time there, cracking pub. rough and ready, but great beers and music. A bit further along that road by the roundabout is Liversey road and 'The Brown Cow'. Again good pub, mix of City and Blackburn. Both pubs are located towards the home side , but as I have said previously Ive never had issue up there.

Club normally put out a matchday guide on the day before a game and advise on away pubs.
