Breaking: Manchester City received £949.94 MILLION in commercial income from Abu Dhabi sponsors between 2009 and 2018.

Only £119.25M actually came from the sponsors themselves.

The remaining £830.69M consisted of “Tagged Sums” paid by Abu Dhabi United Group, Manchester City’s owners

Annis etiad airways are considering suing premier league! In the statement by commission they said the sponsorships were inflated and a sham! But they did not ask etiad for their input into the sponsorship deal... so they are saying they've had their reputation damaged by the accusations.. although not mentioned by name etiad say by definition as main sponsorship it implies they were part of the scam? Not happy bunnies
