APPEAL TO WALES SUPPORTERS IN LISBON

Did you attend Portugal v Wales at the José Alvalade Stadium last night?

We have been made aware of concerning reports from female Wales supporters who say they were subjected to intrusive and inappropriate searches while entering the stadium.

If you experienced similar treatment, or witnessed anything that caused concern, please report it directly to Fan Embassy Wales.

Even if you are unsure whether to complain, sharing what happened could help establish how many supporters were affected and ensure these concerns are properly investigated.

Nobody attending a football match should be made to feel violated, intimidated or unsafe.

It was all a bit OTT to be honest. The security gave you a good dusting down before going into the ground. The OB were all tooled up ready for action . They kept us behind for about 25 minutes after the game , People getting hot and bothered in a narrow hot concourse.

It would have kicked off 25 years ago but a bit of a different crowd with wales away these days .
