Personally I feel for the guy. He gave almost 9 years of his life to Cardiff City which is a pretty big commitment. Like most ex players and managers I wish him all the best and I hope he can turn it around and become a success.

I loved him as a City player, but so many behind the scenes have told me he was getting more and more arrogant that many did dislike him.

But I always want ex City to do well as it’s their lives.
