FAB internal Meeting Minutes

Earlier this week, members of the Cardiff City Fan Advisory Board met in person at the Cardiff City Stadium, with others joining online; minutes of the meeting below

Secretary

Election of Board positions
The Fab Committee decided to unanimously Appoint Jonathan Hicks as Chair this however was declined.
JH was not happy with the current FAB-Club working interface which could be resolved by a more detailed MoU.
The Committee had a brief discussion where Keith Morgan was then appointed Chair.
The Other positions were discussed and have been appointed as follows:
• Chairman - Keith Morgan (Trust Rep)
• Vice Chair - James Huxtable (Fan Elected)
• Secretary - Paul Clements (Fan Elected)
• Communications Officer - Lauren McNie (Fan Elected)

New Meeting

• New Chairman Keith Morgan started New Meeting

Amendment of MOU

• Agreed and forwarded to the club for agreement.

Fans Parliament Cancellation

• New Date set for sometime in December

• Sub groups to be assigned roles

Communications Officer

• Lauren will be posting content on the FAB Facebook and Instagram pages, the website will be back up and running soon too.

Website Maintenance

• Agreed cost would be shared between DSA CCST and CCSC on a 3 year Rotation.

Email read by P.C confirmed we will not support any arranged action as a FAB it would breach our agreements with the Club

Change to September (to be agreed) hopefully a smoother process going forward.
