"I would say that since the early Neil Warnock days, and now that the management are in and so on, I've never seen them more united than they are right now.

"The dialogue between Ken [Choo] and Brian is very good, because I talk to Brian regularly. And they get a lot of things done between the two of them.

"Vincent [Tan] has been supportive.

"And I think Brian is beginning to build that bridge between the players, the board and the fans that Warnock managed to do. He's now beginning to do it.

"We're going in the right direction.

"We've done everything the manager wants us to do, and we work together with the manager very closely.

"He's a very particular manager. He will not compromise on what he wants. So I don't think we have shied away from supporting our manager's ideas at any given time. I think he's said it himself publicly.

"The football side and the management side have been very united and agreed on the policy towards transfers and the targets.

"Our manager is very particular about the specific players, and we have supported that effort as much as we possibly can to make it happen.

"Would we have liked more players? I'm sure the answer is yes. But the right people didn't become available."
