"There's no point looking back. When I first came in here 14 months ago I banned talk of 'if only, 'what if', 'we haven't got this or we haven't got that'.
This is the best club you could wish to be at. We're followed by the biggest support you could wish to have.
We can only look forward and any sense of 'oh we haven't got this or that' is banned.
[Speaking directly to Glen Williams] - you're going to be there tomorrow so any talk like that in the training ground and you'll be out.
There's no point. When I first came in I had this sense of the supporters being really excited about the challenge that was coming in League One and the players were the same, granted some wanted to leave because they'd been relegated.
Within the club there was a sense of 'oh the club's been on a downward spiral, it's a negative cycle'. But once you're here you see this is a brilliant club with brilliant people.
You have to be in the moment and look forward really positively because the possibilities of what we could achieve are endless."

Watched the interview earlier on city TV and somebody is going to get a hiding soon ned. It's coming sooner rather than later. BBM will take us places with the right backing and time I'm sure. All we can do is support the team

I think you're right, definitely need a win sooner or later though as we all know. Hopefully we do that Saturday.

Well said BBM. Been too much negative doom and gloom at the club for long enough. We are where we are and we have what we have. Time to make the best of it.
