As I said yesterday I think we have to stick with him no matter the results for the rest of the season as he obviously has a vision & he needs to be allowed to see it through & we all know things don't happen overnight. Even if we go back down.

Allan, do you think we should be looking to replace him sooner rather than later if results don't improve soon? If not sooner then how much later?

It's impossible to continue to play that well and not start winning. If performances dip it's a different story. This isn't we played pretty well we probably deserved something stuff Bolton and Stoke wouldn't have been able to complain if they'd lost 5-0

This is problem play badly or play great both can still result in long winless runs but both bad for confidence.... but can take one ein to change the dynamics of team and league position.....so let's hope its a win saturdy
