I've watched it a few times the footage isn't good enough. It looks like he grabs the kid round the throat but it's also possible it's his shoulder. He obviously did get slapped but you can't really see that either.... I'm not really sure what can be done with it. Being slapped and grabbing someone's shoulder is reasonable and should warrant no further action. Grabbing a kid around the throat for throwing the ball away should get you a huge ban.
