What the hell is going on with our corners?

We've had around 43 corners this year.

Haven't looked like scoring.

The strategy is pile loads of people around the goalkeeper, then swing the ball in... Not working and our players are not even close to scoring.

Every time the ball came in yesterday you could see the desire of the Portsmouth players to win it, compared to our lot who kind of hope it falls to them - I was right behind the goal and it was clear

Definition of madness, doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

They’ll be better with Fish, Lawlor or Chambers in the team I hope. Apart from Salech we Havnt really got anybody with the height or physicality to challenge corners. Salechs not the best with his head though.

Agree with you. But that’s what starting to worry me, as mentioned by others he just won’t changed tatics to better suit the tools he has.

It's been same since bbm been here and probably long before that? must be the worst team in league for defending set pieces we are definitely the worst in efl for taking throwins and losing possession and not much better at scoring from set pieces .... slight improvement this season but not consistent enough with delivery but there again it mirrors our attempts at crosses very hit or miss

We done pretty well against Wrexham defending corners but agree look a bit suspect now.As for attacking corners it’s hit and hope.Last season didn’t mix it up a bit with some short ones and I think Chambers scored one(Maybe Bradford away).

The team is too small to be competitive at corners and Robertson isn't great at taking them

Our corners either don't make it past the first man & the ball ends up back with our keeper or sail over the head of the last man. Someone, anyone, needs to practice putting corners into the 6 yard box until it becomes second nature.

We get loads of corners we should take leaf out of arsenals book mix them up a bit work on different things and yes get other players to take them
