Portsmouth head coach John Mousinho told BBC Radio Solent:
"I'm delighted with the result, and it's a bit of a relief, I think, with how the game went and off the back of a tough week.
"I think the performances have been ok but I don't want to be revisionist on anything.
"We have dominated games and not had enough at the top end of the pitch, and today was the opposite.
"We didn't dominate in terms of possession; we probably conceded too much. Overall, I'm really pleased, and we've shown that we can win in a different way."

Every game in the championship is tough with different challenges atm we are so open at the back with the make shift defense whe we have defenders back we will play on the break when away from home this game today could have gone either way
