“ Meltdown “

Thu Sep 03, 2026 10:42 am

The out pouring of some on this board
If we had lost four out of four maybe justified
But one defeat in four and that defeat away from home lost by one goal
GET BEHIND this team and they will turn draws into victories im sure of that

The people jumping on bbm,s back after a disappointing week will be the same ones moaning when he walks and were back to playing hoof ball with over paid aging journey men
Just remember what bbm said last night "set backs are part of the journey"

It's not always going to be sunshine and rainbows we will have bad times we just got to dig in and ride it out , we will be ok this season

Yes a good post.

FFS let’s just get on with it and support our team.

The trouble is it’s the same ones posting all the time regardless of what it is they’re moaning about.

I am not melting on 1 loss
,but I will be getting worried if we loose this Saturday coming at pompey.

But I have us down for a win there, sadly there is nothing we can do till January if we cannot get a song out of what we presently have.

So far about 53,000 people have got behind the team home and away yet the team have not won any league games.

We have not been outclassed other than the first half of Wrexham; BBM just needs to make some adjustments.

Me and you are like a battery on a car you’re the negative terminal I’m the positive terminal
You state we haven’t won a game in four
I say we haven’t lost only one in four
We’re both bluebirds we both passionate about the club
Im thinking best for the club management meaning BBM AND most importantly belief and confidence for the players is to highlight the positives
Would love to see a multi billionaire come in send tan away but at the moment let’s go with what we have actually got we can’t and won’t change anything by daily and constantly repeating the same moaning
David’s I respect you and ALL fellow Cardiff fans SO backs to the wall go with what we got feck em C”mon BLOOOOOOOBIRDS

Most are not concerned about missing promotion. It’s staying up that’s the concern.

Message board fans aren't happy when we come 2nd in the league at a canter; it's going to be a messy place if we are not in the top two this season for sure, which we have no chance of being.

Who smashed Millwall three-nil.

Very unlucky to lose Chambers, Lawlor, Fish and for one game Osho otherwise we'd have won a couple, and probably not lost.

Yeah, I think our expectations need to be managed. This season is about survival, the next few about rebuilding, and then we can talk about promotion. It's mad to expect a top 8 finish with a squad that's materially similar to a (very good) League 1 side. We should expect to finish bottom half of the table and support the team to do it. Lots of other teams would drop right back down, let's not be one of them.

1st defeat of the season and the end of the transfer window with No Player coming in on the final few days .
Put the 2 together and you have the "Meltdown" - As you call it . More to it than a defeat along with just 2-1 defeat :o
We should have lost that game from anything 4-1 5-1 6-1 or more if QPR took their chances .
