We commit too many players to our attacks and we are wide open to the counter .

We keep the ball but do nothing with it .


We have very little pace .


This is going to be a long hard season , a relegation battle .


We will do well if we stay up and BBM keeps his job , we have totally underestimated the quality and demands of the championship .

Totally agree, it will be a long season. Our home record is going to be crucial on staying up. There sre no.real obviously weak teams either.

Portsmouth have had a similar start to us so hopefully we can get a result there

But I can't see us getting many wins away this season

Plymouth away and Mansfield away for a start, off the top of my head.

Well this didn't take long, just a reminder we've lost one game. Also last year wasn't full of thrashings. Plymouth beat us handily after we "thrashed" them in the home game btw. Mansfield was an on the beach game. So your proposal is what exactly sack the manager? Because this is the style we are going to be playing this year

Hes only scored four times this year. Well off the pace. Should be in double figures by now. Useless.

Blackpool stuffed us last year as well? Personally I want the board to back BBM he’s the best we’ve had. He’s a young manager and is learning his trade too. It’s all stick together and support the boys but we are in for a tough season.

All I will add the window was about bbm not the board apparently the board offered numerous options to his first options and he turned them down!! BTW his option ended up at Hull.who BTW are premiership we have no complaints about the window the money was available he chose not to use it bbm wow

Spot On and why I and many on here called for Striker - to come in as cover or start in some games .

It's a tough start for the season largely due to injuries in the defense and the squad is simply too small. Need a better number 6 in front of the defense - right now that could be Bielik in front of Scanlon, Bagan, Osho and Ng. Kpakio is not strong at RB in this league - if he was not to be loaned out, I would like to see him replace Tanner. Kpakio seems to be able to cross and create chances up front.

There are free agents to be had that could deepen the squad. I am not a recruiter, but I saw some interesting names:

Yves Bissouma (a headcase and project but definitely talented), Jamie Allen - for midfield.
Andrea Belotti, Cedric Teuchert - strikers.
Kevin Mbabu - RB.

yes it’s a long season.. but for heaven sake give the manager and team a chance.. it’s a challenge for him and his young team.. mistakes will be made .. but he and team will learn.. enjoy the ride .. the football being played is fabulous to watch

I agree with you, but sadly there’s no chance of that!

The perpetual moaners will always find something to, uhm, moan about!

Who can really say he hasn’t been a success to date?

Certainly not me!

BBM’s tenure has already been highly successful, and the stats back that up! He guided the Bluebirds to promotion with a club-record 91 points, winning 34 of his first 62 games, and achieved the rarity of securing a contract extension through to 2029 from the club’s owner

A few short weeks/months ago, he was being rightly lauded for his ‘success’ with his young squad, his refusal to employ players who simply wouldn’t improve the team/squad, and his seeming ability to ‘get on’ with a pretty demanding owner; no mean feat in itself

No one (or few) said it was going to be easy, and one defeat in the opening four league games does not a disaster make

Supporters (I think most do) should give the guy (BBM) a chance! He deserves and has earned it!

What troubles me is that starting 11 on Tuesday will have very little competition from the squad players below it.. If we change any of those players out we are likely to see a big drop off in levels. That is even before we take into account injury and suspensions. It doesn’t take many injuries to foresee a circumstance where Mafico and Turnbull for instance are having to play regularly.

I think QPR rotated 5 players on Wednesday night, we simply do not have that luxury I would have thought
